VaishyaMart is a multi-vendor product and services listing platform created to provide a digital platform for members of the Vaishya community to showcase, promote and discover products and services.

1. Platform Only
   VaishyaMart acts solely as a platform that facilitates interaction and communication between Buyers and Vendors. The actual transaction, negotiation, sale, purchase, delivery, payment and fulfilment of any product or service listed on the Website is strictly between the Buyer and the respective Vendor. VaishyaMart is not a party to any transaction between a Buyer and Vendor.
2. Vendor Verification
   VaishyaMart may request Vendors to provide identity proof, address proof, contact details and other information for verification. While reasonable efforts may be made to verify information submitted by Vendors, such verification does not constitute a guarantee, certification or warranty regarding the Vendor, business, products, services, financial standing, conduct or future performance. Verification should not be interpreted as an endorsement or recommendation.
3. 3. Products and Services
   Products and services are listed by individual Vendors. VaishyaMart does not independently manufacture, inspect, test, stock, own, control or guarantee every product or service listed. Accordingly, VaishyaMart does not guarantee quality, quantity, authenticity, availability, pricing, suitability, delivery, fulfilment or Vendor performance.
4. Transactions Between Buyer and Seller
   All commercial transactions are strictly between the Buyer and Seller/Vendor. Buyers are advised to independently verify relevant details with the Vendor before making any purchase or payment. Matters relating to price, payment, product quality, delivery, shipping, return, refund, warranty, replacement or cancellation shall primarily be resolved between Buyer and Vendor.
5. Payments
   VaishyaMart is primarily a listing platform and does not provide an online payment gateway for Buyer–Vendor transactions. Where applicable, Vendor registration/subscription fees may be collected through an offline payment process.
6. No Liability for Loss or Damage
   To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, VaishyaMart, its owners, administrators, employees, representatives, affiliates and service providers shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other loss, damage, expense or claim arising from or relating to any transaction, non-delivery, delayed delivery, defective or damaged product, misrepresentation, financial loss, payment dispute, fraudulent conduct, product/service dissatisfaction or any dispute between Buyer and Seller.
7. Third-Party Information and Links
   The Website may contain information, links, images, descriptions or other material provided by Vendors or third parties. VaishyaMart does not necessarily endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of such information.
8. User Responsibility
   Every user is responsible for using reasonable care and judgment while interacting with another user. Users should independently verify identity, credentials, product details, pricing and other relevant information before entering into any transaction.
9. Right to Remove Listings
   VaishyaMart reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, modify or remove any Vendor profile, product listing, service listing or user account where it believes that content violates applicable law, is misleading or fraudulent, violates the Website Terms, is inappropriate, may harm users or may adversely affect the Website or community.
10. Acceptance
    By accessing or using VaishyaMart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Disclaimer and agree to use the Website at your own discretion and risk.
