These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VaishyaMart – www.vaishyamart.com (“Website”, “Portal”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing, registering on, listing products/services on or otherwise using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About VaishyaMart
   VaishyaMart is a multi-vendor product and services listing platform intended to facilitate interaction between Vendors/Sellers and Buyers/Customers, particularly within the Vaishya community. The Website provides Vendors an opportunity to list and promote products and services and enables Buyers to discover and contact Vendors. VaishyaMart itself is not a party to transactions between Buyers and Vendors.
2. User Categories
   Super Admin: manages registrations, verifies information, reviews listings, manages accounts, checks applicable payment status, removes or suspends listings and performs administrative functions.

Vendor/Seller: may register, create a profile, upload products/services, provide required documents, select applicable plans, pay registration fees and respond to Buyer enquiries.

Buyer/Customer: may browse listings, view Vendor information, contact Vendors, make enquiries and independently negotiate and purchase products/services.

3. Vendor Registration
   Vendors may be required to provide accurate and complete information. Registration may be free or paid depending on the applicable plan. Plans, pricing, validity and listing limits may be changed from time to time.
4. Vendor Verification
   VaishyaMart may request identity proof, address proof, contact details and other documents. Providing documents does not guarantee approval. VaishyaMart may accept, reject, suspend or cancel registration based on its verification process or applicable requirements. Verification does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
5. Product Listings
   Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that information submitted about products/services is accurate, complete, current, lawful and not misleading or infringing third-party rights.
6. Product Approval
   Listings may be subject to administrative review before publication. VaishyaMart may approve, reject, modify, suspend or remove listings that do not comply with these Terms or applicable requirements. Approval is not an endorsement or guarantee.
7. Buyer–Seller Transactions
   All negotiations, transactions and commercial arrangements are strictly between Buyer and Vendor. VaishyaMart is not responsible for prices, quality, authenticity, payment, delivery, shipping, returns, refunds, replacement, warranty, after-sales service or disputes.
8. Payments
   VaishyaMart does not currently provide an online payment gateway for Buyer–Seller transactions. Payments for products/services are made directly between Buyer and Vendor as mutually agreed. Vendor registration/subscription fees, where applicable, may be paid offline.
9. Vendor Responsibilities
   Vendors shall provide genuine information, submit valid documents when requested, list lawful products/services, respond honestly, honour commitments, handle sales/delivery/logistics/returns/refunds directly, comply with applicable laws and not misuse the Website.
10. Prohibited Activities
    Users shall not provide false information, impersonate another person/business, upload fraudulent listings, use the Website unlawfully, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another user’s information, infringe intellectual property rights, conduct fraud or harass/threaten others.
11. Intellectual Property
    The Website’s design, layout, branding, logo, text, graphics, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without authorization. Vendors are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.
12. Website Availability
    VaishyaMart will make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and functional. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting, security incidents, updates or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VaishyaMart and its owners, administrators, employees, representatives and service providers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other loss or damage arising from use of the Website or transactions between users.
14. Indemnification
    Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VaishyaMart, its owners, administrators, employees and representatives against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses or costs arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Website, false information, violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or transactions/disputes with other users.
15. Suspension or Termination
    VaishyaMart may suspend, restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraud, misused the Website or created a risk to the Website or other users.
16. Privacy
    Use of personal information submitted through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to Terms
    VaishyaMart may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be published on the Website and become effective from the date specified.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra, shall have jurisdiction over matters arising from or relating to these Terms.
